Could you publish your fund cost research so the free market can drive assets to funds that are the best stewards of the consumer’s investment capital? Perhaps you can award stewardship ratings and charge firms for an evaluation to fund your research. Creates a very constructive way to reward firms who do the right thing when no one is looking.
