DeVon Williams Daniels
I have been in the financial services industry with my husband for over 33 years. In 2001 we formed a new RIA, Daniels + Tansey, LLP. We have an affliated Accounting Firm(Tansey). In August of 2008 we brought a team of investment management professionals inside the firm to round our our financial ensemble. Our struggle at this point is valuation and variable compensation. The multiple for accounting firms is different than asset management firm. Any suggestions on valuation strategies, or VC strategies would very helpful.
